eLearningchips is responsible for Final Products you purchase. These rules are based on consumer laws that we consider are the best “baseline” to apply to transactions that happen on eLearningchips. Please be aware that in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
The situations in which eLearningchips gives a refund on a Final Product Buyer has purchased are the following:
1. Final Product is “not as described”
A Final Product is “not as described” if it is materially different from the Final Product description or preview. eLearningchips is required to provide Buyer with the requested Final Product which matches the declared description within 72 hours from the day Buyer e-mailed us at support@elearningchips.com. If it turns out that eLearningchips did not provide Buyer with the requested Final Product in an appropriate timeframe, then Buyer is entitled to a refund of that Final Product.
2. Final Product does not work the way it should
If a Final Product doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed Buyer is entitled to a refund of the Final Product. If the Final Product can be fixed, then the eLearningchips is required to do so within 72 hours from the day that you discovered the problem by updating the Final Product, otherwise Buyer is entitled to a refund of that Final Product.
3. Final Product has a security vulnerability
If a Final Product contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed Buyer is entitled to a refund of the Final Product. If the Final Product can be fixed, then the eLearningchips should do so within 72 hours from the day that you discovered the problem by updating the Final Product. If the Final Product contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe, then Buyer is entitled to a refund of that Final Product.
Why a refund may not be given
If the Final Product is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund.
How and when will I be refunded?
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days from the day you made a purchase. If Your refund request is accepted, You will receive the corresponding funds directly into Your credit card / bank account account within 72 hours from the day that you e-mailed us at support@elearningchips.com. All refunds will be made in US dollars.
Returning an item
Please, be aware: given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not offer a return of the Final Products.
